Easter Music and the Spoken Word

We all like to attend Music and the Spoken Word when passing
thru SLC. It's thrilling to hear the choir and orchestra live and
interesting to see the workings of the show that you aren't able to
see on TV.

We like sitting on the balcony and by chance sat next to the spouse of
a member of the choir. He told us things about being in the choir that we didn't know and said that he attended choir performances as often as he could.

Seven Magic Mountains

Last year when we visited this art, the bottom boulders had graffiti on them, but this year they look like they have been freshly painted.

Vegas Bellagio-Thanks, Tom!

Tom treated us to a stay at The Bellagio Hotel.
We stayed here once before and learned some lessons,
such as, don't touch the drinks and snacks provided in
the room. Sensors are in placed so that if you touch or move
the snacks, you are charged for them! Crazy!
Lovely tile work, however!

Our room had a spectacular view, but it took
for-ehhhh-ver
to get to it down this
looooooooong
hallway. After a full day
of walking around Vegas,
this hallway seemed so very long.

Taco Bell Cantina and the Donut Bar

Tom and I had our first dinner date at a Taco Bell on Guam,
so we had to visit this unique Taco Bell Cantina.
Soda drinks were "on tap" and the alcohol was served
here as well, but everything else was typical Taco Bell!
